What this website collects

This website is an information site. It has no forms, no user accounts, no analytics and no advertising, and it does not set tracking cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

Like every website, the service that hosts it (Cloudflare) processes basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type so that pages can be delivered securely. We do not use this information to identify you.

Information you give us

When you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email address and your message. We use them only to reply to you and to deal with your enquiry.

Applications

When you apply for a place through our WhatsApp application link, the details you provide about the learner and their parent or guardian are recorded in the school management system we use, provided by Rongeka Africa. We use this information to process the application and, if the learner joins Elite, to run school administration: class lists, fees records and communication with parents and guardians.

Information about learners is provided by their parents or guardians.

How we use and share information

We use personal information only for the purposes above. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone except:

• service providers who help us run the school, such as our school management system and hosting provider, who may use it only on our instructions;
• where the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires.

Your rights

Under Zimbabwe’s Cyber and Data Protection Act [Chapter 12:07] you may ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you or your child;
• correct information that is wrong or out of date;
• delete information we no longer need;
• stop using your information for a particular purpose.

To make a request, contact the school office using the details above. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Authority (POTRAZ).

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the bottom of this page shows when it was last changed.
